You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- Items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Products that are opened, used, or damaged may be ineligible for a full refund or refused, depending on condition and safety considerations.
Tip: Keep outer cartons and inserts until you’re sure you’ll keep the product.
How to Start a Return
Email support@blackpeptides.com with:
- Your order number, and
- A brief reason for the return.
Our team will reply with the return address and step-by-step instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection:
- We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing (bank times may vary).
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Need a different item instead? Let us know in your email. We can guide you through a quick exchange or suggest placing a new order with a refund processed once your return is received.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality control, certain products may be final sale and not eligible for return. If applicable, this will be stated on the product page or during checkout.
Return Shipping
Unless we made an error or the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt.
International Orders
International returns must comply with local regulations. Duties and taxes paid to customs are non-refundable through Black Peptides. You may inquire with your local customs office about potential recoveries.
